FOR ALL ONLINE STORE ORDERS 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All Accessory Orders for shipping within Australia Standard $15 Flat Rate Shipping with tracking.

All Sample Gown Orders for shipping within Australia Standard $150.00 Flat Rate Shipping with tracking.

All Express shipping for Accessory Orders within Australia $15-$25 Depending on Weight and size of your order with tracking.

Always and Forever Bridal International offers standard shipping rates on all orders within Australia. In stock orders can be expected to arrive within 4-7 business days. Express orders can be expected to arrive 1-3 business days from ordering. Please know that these estimated times of arrival dates are subject to the item being in stock. Short delays may be expected in peak times and sale periods; this includes Christmas, Easter and all Australian standard public holidays. We take responsibility for your item(s) from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your item(s) is passed on to you.

A signature is required upon delivery, if you’re not home when your purchase is delivered the courier will leave a card letting you know they attempted delivery. Please make sure you arrange to collect your parcel within 4-5 business days from the local post office. After that your item(s) will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered. A refund for your purchase amount will be issued back into your account, less a return shipping fee for the return postage for the uncollected parcel.

TRACKING ORDERS

After placing your order, an automated email will be sent to you including a confirmation order/receipt of your order. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a subsequent email from us that includes all relevant tracking information in case you wish to track your parcel’s location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To arrange delivery to an international country, please email contact@alwaysandforeverbridal.com.au. All postage charges, customs fees, taxes and duties will be at the expense of the customer. You can check international shipping costs by adding an item to cart and proceeding with the checkout process by entering in your address details and whether you prefer standard or express shipping methods.

All of our international parcels are sent via trackable postage with signature upon delivery!

Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and the shipping costs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees,which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
